• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.

• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

After registration is complete, 99 bt may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until this process is completed.

To use 99 bt's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• Minimum age 18 years You must meet the age requirement. We strictly prevent underage individuals from accessing our gaming services.
• Please ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by law in your country or region.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.

Violating any of the above rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, and your balance may be subject to review.

• If you registered using false information.

• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (365+ days), an inactivity fee may apply.

Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before an account is closed; however, accounts involved in fraud may be closed immediately.

• We are not responsible for issues arising from a user's device or network.

All disputes will first be addressed through our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, a third-party mediator will be brought in to assist.
